Simple Watchlist is an iPhone app for keeping track of what you want to watch and what you’ve already seen. It’s a manual log — you type in the titles yourself, and nothing leaves your phone.
It works for films, TV series, comedy specials, documentaries, short films, and anime.
What It Does
Watchlist. Keep a list of things you want to watch.
Log. Record what you’ve watched. For each viewing you can optionally note when you watched it, where you watched it, how you’d rate it, and whether it was a first viewing or a rewatch.
Statistics. See what your viewing looks like over time.
Watching something again is recorded as a separate viewing, with its own date and rating, so a rewatch never overwrites what you thought the first time.
What It Doesn’t Do
There is no catalogue search, no posters, and no recommendations. Every entry is typed in by you. That’s the point — it stays small, fast, and entirely yours.
Privacy
Simple Watchlist collects nothing. There’s no account, no sign-up, and no login. The app makes no network requests at all, and everything you enter stays on your device.
